How it works
One problem, 90 days, six sessions. That’s the whole structure.
Before the first session
Three questions, in writing:
What keeps coming back?
What have you already tried?
What would make day 90 worth it?
The 90-day term
Six sessions over about 13 weeks, by video, in the evening. The first runs 90 minutes and the rest run 60.
Session 1: Map it
First, the problem in front of you. Then three things: who else is in it and what they want; the rules of the place, written and unwritten; and how you’re reading it. You leave with one objective. Within 48 hours I send a one-page term brief: the objective, what to watch, and what day 90 should look like.
With your permission, I’ll also have 20-minute conversations with two or three people around you (first term only).
Sessions 2-5: Work it
Same four beats every time:
What happened since last time.
One live situation.
The assumption in play.
One commitment, with a date and the evidence you’ll bring back.
You get a five-line recap within 24 hours. If the same commitment slips twice, I’ll stop and ask what you’d be risking by doing it.
Session 3: Check the aim
Re-read the brief. Is the objective still the right one? Is the problem what it looked like in session 1?
Session 6: Review and decide
A one-page review against the brief: what changed, and what’s still producing the problem. Then you decide what’s next, and I’ll tell you what I’d recommend.
Between sessions
Written messages, with a reply within two evenings. One short call a month if a decision can’t wait.
After 90 days
Renew. A new term, on a new objective. No new objective, no renewal.
Continuing. One 60-minute session a month, plus messages between sessions for live decisions. $1,000/month, month to month, 30 days’ notice.
Stop. Each term should leave you not needing me for that problem. About 60 days later I’ll offer one unpaid 30-minute check-in. No pitch.
Nothing renews automatically.
Terms
Terms start at $4,500 for 90 days. I take a small number of clients.
Your industry
I don’t know your business the way you do. In session 1 I’ll ask you to teach me, and I’ll tell you where my experience doesn’t apply. What I work on is the human side of the problem: the people, the incentives, and how you’re reading it.
Who it isn’t for
If you want a framework, a keynote, team training, therapy, or someone to agree with you, I’m the wrong call.
Tell me what keeps coming back.
I reply within two evenings.
